The first finished townhome is now complete for tours.
There are 4 total units being built. One unit is complete now. Our second unit is at the finishes stage. The other two units have been framed and ready for mechanical installations and any customizations that you might desire.
Absolutely. Contact your sales agent to arrange for an option meeting with our expert team.
We want you to visit your home under construction. Due to safety concerns during construction, we do request that you tour the homes with one of our sales reps for your safety.
YES! We typically will have you meet with our designer or construction manager to review available changes that can be done. As construction moves along some changes will no longer be available to change.

Due to safety and insurance requirements, only licensed subcontractors contracted by us can perform any work on the units until sale has closed.
